At Ezzy Image Photography we specialize in capturing the wonder of maternity, family portraits, children and newborn, birthdays and much more.
At Ezzy Image Photography we take pride in making each photo session a custom one-of-a-kind experience for each-and-every client. Our specialty is creating original images of you and/or children using classic, timeless, props, and backdrops or custom scene settings of your choosing.

THE BOOKING PROCESS
BOOKING FEES AND LATE POLICY
SINGLE SESSION BOOKING FEES : Due to the amount of clients that cancelled last minute, my deposit rule is changing. All sessions are booked through this website, or via message on my Facebook page. ALL OUR SERVICES require a non-refundable deposit upon booking to reserve your appointment. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will apply to ”NO CALL NO SHOW CLIENT”. Our Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies are very strict because we do not want to lose money on an appointment. If the window is missed the deposit is forfeited as a late fee. This fee covers initial communication, all planning, location hunting, purchasing specific props for your session, access to your personal online gallery on our website, and blocking off a specific time frame for your session. “It does not apply to the package price”.
However, Clients are permitted one rescheduled session if rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours before the session. After one permitted rescheduling, any further rescheduling will require an additional booking fee of $25 to hold your spot.. I will also transfer your deposit if :-I had to cancel due to weather or if I have a personal reason or emergency.
PACKAGE COST: For all packages (BIRTHDAY, FAMILY, MATERNITY, SENIOR etc.) the total cost is due upfront after your session as the packages are heavily discounted.
WEDDING BOOKING FEES: 50% of your wedding package is due to reserve your date. I typically like to have a quick get together to meet, discuss your day and go over my wedding contract.
CANCELLATIONS : If you no call no show, you are forfeiting your booking fee and I will not schedule with you again unless your next session is paid in full when booking. Please be mindful that when I block off a time spot for you, I am holding that spot for only you. Therefore, I am not able to schedule someone else.
RESCHEDULING : I understand that life happens. People get sick, and things go wrong. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please try to give us 24 hours notice. If you happen to fall ill the day of your session, please reschedule. I work every day with all age groups and cannot risk passing on anything to our beloved clients. Your photos will look better if you are feeling well rested and at your best! This is Cincinnati Ohio, you never know how the weather will be! Do keep in mind I do not shoot in rain as I do not want to risk water exposure to my equipment. If your reschedule is approved, your booking fee will carry over onto your new date. If rescheduling more than two months out, a new booking fee will be required.
TARDINESS : Please plan enough time to get to your session. Whether that be getting the kids ready or navigating through rush hour traffic. If you are running late, please let me know. I respect every single client’s time and put an incredible amount of effort into scheduling and planning a session, so please respect mine. If you have a 60 minute session scheduled and you are 20 minutes late, you will then have a 40 minute session. If you are more than 30 minutes late without calling, you will forfeit your booking fee and I will have the right to cancel the session. I of course understand unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents. If I am late, I will communicate that with you and your session time will not be affected.
We will schedule your session and you will receive an email receipt for your session fees and confirmed appointment date.

This is one of the ways we give our clients extraordinary service. Included in your photoshoot experience is a Big Reveal Presentation where you will see your images for the first time. This will be a special and unique experience for you and your family to enjoy in our gallery. You and all the decision makers in your family will be WOWed with what we were able to capture and create for you. Our intention is to blow you away by how much you’ll love and enjoy the results of our efforts.
PRINT ARRIVAL
The day has arrived, and we will notify you when your portraits are ready to be picked up.
WRAP UP & REVIEW
Our team is committed to providing and capturing a fun and amazing experience through the art of photography, video, and custom framing. We will follow up to make sure we fulfilled on that commitment.
